Job description Operations Intern Type: Remote Internship (6 Months) Stipend: 10,000 13,000/month (based on capability) Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Mon–Fri) Potential: Full-time role opportunity post-internship based on performance Who Are We? We’ve grown 360% YoY across the US and Canada — and we’re scaling fast. www.eoxs.com About the Role As an Operations Intern, you’ll be the glue that holds things together. This is a high-trust role where precision, ownership, and adaptability matter more than titles. You’ll support day-to-day operational workflows, help organize systems, and work across teams to make things run smoother and smarter. If you’re curious, sharp with details, and can take initiative without needing to be handheld — this is your zone. What You’ll Do Support key internal operations and cross-functional workflows Coordinate between teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, HR) Assist in documentation, task tracking, and process audits Maintain operational hygiene across tools (Notion, Drive, internal dashboards) Take ownership of recurring tasks and improve them over time Spot gaps, suggest fixes, and implement small process improvements Must-Haves Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Solid communication (especially written) Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace Own laptop and stable internet connection Ability to work independently and stay accountable Curiosity to learn + commitment to getting things done right Qualities for an Ideal Match Postgraduate degree or equivalent preferred (but not mandatory) Friendly, collaborative, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail + systems thinking mindset Risk-taker, eager to experiment and learn fast We love people who are like water — calm, adaptive, essential, and always flowing forward The Offer Shift: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST, Monday–Friday Stipend: 10,000 – 13,000/month (based on skills & ownership) Duration: 6 months Full-time offer potential after internship Remote work – work from anywhere Role: Other Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Other Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Other Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Communication Skills Management SkillsMarket Research
