AI/ML Engineer

Job description We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring scalable and innovative AI products to production. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms. Work with large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines. Conduct experiments and perform model evaluation and optimization. Integrate ML models into production systems. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in AI/ML. Create documentation and communicate findings and models effectively. Requirements: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning (as per role focus). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools. Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control (Git). Education & Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in machine learning or AI roles. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Publications or contributions to open-source ML projects. Experience in deploying models using Docker/Kubernetes. Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
