Executive Quantity Surveyor- Civil

Job description Minimum 5 years experience Should have experience in pre contract work Floating tenders to Technically and Commercially competent parties, preparation of comparative statement, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of various parties for the finalization of sub-contract Preparation of sub-contract agreements and award of sub-contracts to the most suitable, client approved sub-contractor. Knowledge of Prepare Bill of quantities (BOQ) Should be proficient in CAD, Cost-X (qty take off tools) Development of Project Budget, BOQ from drawings and tenders, liaising with Client Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time. Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures.
