Job description WHAT YOULL DO AS A PRODUCT MANAGER: As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving product excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass: Product Roadmap Management: Shaping and steering our product roadmap to ensure it aligns with market needs and company goals. Building Intuitive and Efficient User Experiences: Collaborating closely with a talented UI/UX Designer to craft user experiences that captivate and delight. Empowering Development: Providing clear user stories and feature definitions to empower our development team to bring features to life. Seamless Production Deployment: Working hand-in-hand with our development and QA teams to smoothly transition features from concept to production. Effective Product Communication: Ensuring our product's behavior is clear to our training, support, sales, and marketing teams, enabling them to excel. Value Articulation: Understanding and effectively communicating the value our product delivers to both customers and users. Market Leadership: Staying ahead of the curve by researching market trends and maintaining a keen eye on our competitors. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR . Market Experience and Flexibility: We require candidates with prior experience in the US market and the potential willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA. Given our unique team setup, candidates must also demonstrate the ability to effectively lead cross-country teams. Our teams are based in Atlanta, GA, and extensively distributed across India, with a significant presence in Delhi/NCR. Proficiency in remote leadership is a critical requirement, including a comfort level with essential communication tools such as Video Conferencing, Slack, Kumospace, and similar platforms. Past Product Management Expertise: We're seeking candidates with a demonstrated history of successfully guiding products through every phase, from conceptualization to launch and beyond, navigating the diverse stages of the product lifecycle. Leadership Skills: Even without direct authority, the Product Manager should inspire cross-functional teams, leading them toward a common vision. Exceptional Communicator: Effective communication skills in English are paramount. The Product Manager should excel at clearly articulating our product's vision, strategy, and requirements to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Collaborative Team Player: We appreciate candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with diverse departments to foster cooperation among engineers, designers, marketers, and other team members. Empathy and User-Centered Design: Understanding and empathizing with user needs and pain points are central to delivering products that prioritize user satisfaction. Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong problem-solving abilities are crucial for tackling challenges and adapting to evolving market conditions. Proven Project Management: The Product Manager should excel in project management, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are well-managed, and resources are allocated efficiently.
