Placement Officer (Corporate Relations)

Job description Position: Placement officer This position is 5.5 days working. First and Third Saturdays are off, rest of the Saturdays are normal working days We are searching for proactive individuals who are passionate about helping people plan and develop their careers. Placement executives will assist students and coordinate with different employers to get the candidates placed. Their daily duties will range from examining the job descriptions and employment adds to help students complete the hiring process. Successful Placement executives will have extensive knowledge about their subjects, institution, and a strong desire to assist in participants' development. Ideal candidates will be caring, organized, communicative, and accessible. Placement officer Responsibilities: Coordinate with service industry representatives for job opportunities for students. Build and maintain regular contact with current as well as past employers. Maintain complete data of students and ensure timely reporting of the same. Deliver set targets Placement officer Requirements: Master's degree. Should be comfortable making calls to prospective participants. This role involvesspeaking to potential clients over call and in person. Candidate should be comfortable in talking and handling interested participants on phone. Experience in capturing feedback of students and recruitment on an ongoing basis. Strong communication (fluency in spoken and written English is a must). Basic knowledge of computers, LMS and online marketing Should be able to maintain close interaction with students constantly.
