Supervisor - Warehouse Operation

Job description Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and vision. Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance processes. Coordinate with Customer Team, Supplier / Supplier transporters. Have seamless communication with all internal stake holders like users, Purchase, Production & finance, Admin, security etc. Follow all SOP with complete compliances achieved Making of GRN, Delivery Note etc Inventory management techniques Allocation of material and identification/traceability Checking material at the time of receiving and issuance Responsible for stores related all documentation Monitoring of routine required items & critical production related bottle neck items Preparing Weekly / Daily / Monthly MIS reporting and control measures to meet organization & functional KPIs Plan warehouse activities and instruct the staff accordingly as per the load Primary Responsibilities: Stock Management, Inventory Control Required Competencies: Inventory Management Warehouse Operation Required Knowledge: MS Office Required Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel and email-based communication tools Understanding of e-commerce reverse logistics, seller operations, and vendor management Role: Warehouse Manager Industry Type: Courier / Logistics Department: Procurement & Supply Chain Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: SCM & Logistics Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Operations managementInventory controlOperation Supervisor SAPStock managementReconciliationMS OfficeWarehouse operations
