Job description We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HMRS tester with 5+ years of expertise in end-to-end testing, support, and troubleshooting of HRM systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with testing the various workflows across the modules in HR systems. This role combines both QA and support responsibilities, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and high system reliability. Required Skills Must have experience in the Oracle EBS - HRMS (Oracle Core HR, Oracle SSHR, Oracle Payroll, Absence Management) Good understanding of HRMS life cycle. (Hire to Retire). Good experience in Manual testing. Understanding of how to use tools in EBS system (Concurrent program, Reports, Workflow transactions) to create/reconcile data/cases. Understanding of Database testing or SQL/PLSQL for data reconciliation. Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and its methodologies, such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile. Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments, performing all types of testing. Solid hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing. Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans. Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects. Good in AIMS documentation. eg UTS, UTR. Good to have experience in the SIOCS.
