Job description Role & responsibilities Training and Delivery: Conduct training sessions in colleges and institutions, focusing on Technical, Aptitude, verbal, and soft skills development. Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs tailored to the needs of the audience. Travel to different colleges to deliver on-site training programs. Content Development: Create and update training content, modules, and presentations. Design questionnaires, assessments, and oth Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure high-quality content delivery. In-House Responsibilities: Support the team in developing innovative learning strategies and approaches. Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules and logistics. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and improvements. Preferred candidate profile Education Qualification: For Aptitude Trainer Role: MSc in Math or any related field. For Verbal & Soft Skills Trainer Role: MA in English or related fields. For Technical Trainer Role: MTech or related fields. Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of learners. Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and training centers.
