You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other IT team members to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, low-code solutions that improve productivity and automate workflows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop customized business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven). Create and maintain workflows and automation using Power Automate. Integrate Power Apps with various data sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for data visualization (optional/bonus). Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize and extend Microsoft SharePoint Online lists, libraries, and forms. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting for developed solutions. Document system components, configurations, and customizations. Stay up to date with new features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 services. Experience in designing Canvas and Model-driven apps. Ability to write formulas using Power Fx, JSON, and expressions for automation. Familiarity with connectors, custom connectors, and data gateways. Understanding of security roles, permissions, and data governance in Power Platform. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400). Experience with Power BI, Azure Functions, or Azure Logic Apps. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). Background in traditional development (C#, JavaScript) is a plus.
