Manager - Preventive Health Care

Job description Role & responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the PHC department, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and standards. Supervise appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and reporting processes. Ensure timely and accurate collection of patient samples and coordination with diagnostic labs. Manage resource allocation, including staff, medical supplies, and equipment, to ensure uninterrupted operations Monitor and enhance patient flow to reduce wait times and improve service efficiency. Address and resolve patient complaints or escalations effectively. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the PHC unit. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, key account management, and client relationship management.
