Job description Hello Candidate, We are looking Site Engineer for Kinshasa & Lubumbashi Congo location. Job description Site-execution: blockwork, plaster, Gypsum, Waterproofing, Tile, putty, paint, texture, Aluminium Window, Door, S.S Railing, fasard work etc . Prepare and checking sub contractor bills as per BOQ. To study the architectural drawings. Executing the RCC work, piling work, shuttering work Block work, Plaster, Finishing Activity. Executing the Fit-out work, Drywall, False Ceiling, Baswa Ceiling, Cladding, Tiling-flooring, painting, Ensuring the execution of the project as per approved shop drawing. Executing the Waterproofing work (Brick bat coba, HDPE, SBS sheet and Polyurea) Preparing technical specifications & scope and deliverables, estimates based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project. Preparation of BBS & Quantity Calculate of Material. civil works like line out, leveling, brick work. Total site supervision and execution of shuttering & R.C.C, Brick work, Plaster, Gypsum, Flooring & other finishing works in good quality. Knowledge & hands on experience of Drawing details, particulars, Formwork, Arrangement, Alignments, Checkings & Maintenance Familiar with all kinds of activities required to establish building with accuracy to drawing & quality. Knowledge of safety (in aspects of construction site) Preparing measurement sheets, checklists of various works & bar bending schedules Prepare & submit the monthly reconciliation of material etc. Preparing the R.A bill, labour contactors bills as per work done & measurements. Discuss technical problems/drawings & execution difficulties with Senior Engineer, architect & steel designer. Maintaining the all necessary records & documents at site Requirements: B. Tech in Civil Engineering 6-10 Years experience in Construction and project management. Proficient in studying engineering drawings and implementing them at the site. Strong leadership skills to manage the site workforce. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices. Note: - Company will provide Bachelor Accommodation, Food, Transport, Visa, Air Ticket with 2 years contract. Salary Up to INR 85000 to Rs. 90,000 per month.
