Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage line operations, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards. Oversee manpower handling, including training new employees and providing guidance to team members. Handle PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) and SMTs (Surface Mount Technology) with care to prevent damage or defects. Supervise production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field. Strong understanding of DIP (Die Inspection Process), SMT, PCB handling, and line handling skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
