Domains: Data Science with NLP, Machine Learning, AI/ML, Java DSA, Full Stack Java Job Type: Contractual (4.5 months/100 days) Compensation: INR 72000 Per month + Food + Lodging + Travel Location: On-Site - Dundigal, Hyderabad, Telangana Role Description We are hiring Senior Trainers with 2-3 years of experience to lead classroom and practical training sessions at our client site in Hyderabad. This role involves full responsibility for domain-specific delivery, project guidance, student mentoring, conducting assessments, and maintaining training quality. The trainer will serve as the main instructor for the program. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured training sessions and hands-on workshops from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday. Lead practical labs and live coding demonstrations. Address technical and conceptual doubts raised by learners during sessions. Conduct and assess mock tests, coding challenges, and daily tests. Prepare and enhance training material, exercises, and lab setups. Monitor student performance, provide individual feedback, and maintain progress reports. Work closely with the MGrow and client teams to ensure seamless program execution. Foster a collaborative, engaging, and motivating learning environment. Qualifications - Master's degree (ME/MTech preferred) or BE/BTech with strong industry/domain knowledge. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in training or industry in one or more of the following areas: - Data Science / NLP / Machine Learning / AI - Java Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) - Full Stack Development using Java - Strong command over domain concepts, hands-on tools, and technologies. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills. - Experience in curriculum planning and training content development is a plus. - Must be available to work full-time on-site throughout the training period. Important Dates & Relocation: Program starts: 9th June 2025 All selected candidates must report at client location in Dundupally, Hyderabad by 8th June 2025 (morning). The client will provide food, travel, and accommodation arrangements during the contract period.
