Job description Job Title: Junior Resident (JR) / Senior Resident (SR) All Departments Location: Gautam Buddha Chikitsa Mahavidyalaya, Subharti Hospital, Dehradun Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Junior and Senior Residents to join our esteemed 780-bed multi-specialty teaching hospital. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in patient care, academic activities, and research across various clinical specialties. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Clinical Management Provide comprehensive medical care under the supervision of senior faculty. Manage inpatient and outpatient cases, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment. Assist in emergency procedures, critical care management, and surgical interventions where applicable. Maintain proper documentation of patient records, clinical notes, and treatment plans. Academic & Teaching Contributions Participate in clinical discussions, case presentations, and academic sessions. Engage in teaching medical students and assisting in departmental activities. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and contribute to academic research. Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Approach Work closely with consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Attend and contribute to hospital rounds, mortality meetings, and clinical audits. Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBBS for Junior Residents, MD/MS/DNB in the respective specialty for Senior Residents. Experience: Relevant clinical experience as per the applied position. Skills: Strong clinical acumen, ability to work in a high-paced environment, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Why Join Us?
