Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Lead Generation, you will be the crucial first point of contact for potential customers interested in Kutchina's modular kitchen solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, nurture them through effective communication, and convert them into qualified sales calls for our sales team. You will leverage your understanding of interior design and your excellent communication skills to build rapport and demonstrate the value of Kutchina products. Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through various channels (online, phone, events, etc.). Sales Call Scheduling: Schedule qualified sales calls and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with leads and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, call volume, and appointment scheduling. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong phone presence and etiquette. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
