Job description Role & responsibilities 1.Preparation of Quality Documentation like ITP, QAP, Procedures, COC, as per the Standard or Customer/Tender requirement. 2. Coordination with the Customer for Technical clarification/ Approval of documents like ITP, QAP, Procedures, Final inspection clearances, MDCC, Etc., 3. Basic Knowledge on Codes and standards ( IS, ASTM, ASME, API ). 4.Vendor Coordination for Expediting and Inspection 5. Inspection of fabricated items like Pressure vessels, Tanks, Skids as per Standard/ Customer Requirements/ QAP / Procedures at various sub-vendor places in PAN India. 6. Inspection of bought-out items like Pumps, valves, and raw materials( All types of Pipes, Fittings, and structural ), as per Standard/ Customer Requirements/ QAP / Procedures at various sub-vendor places in PAN India. 7. Establishment of WPS/ PQR/WPQ at vendor places/ Site 8. Witness/ Review the NDT ( DPT, MPT, UT &RT) at the Vendor's place as per the ASME Code/ Procedure 9.Interacting with the Purchase and project team for Expediting and Inspection 10. Coordination with TPIA for arranging the inspection and expediting the inspection reports 11.Joint inspection along with the customer/ Consultant/ TPIA like BHEL, NTPC, Ell, TCE, SGS, BV, Etc Role: Mechanical Engineer Industry Type: Engineering & Construction Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Engineering Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Key Skills NDT Level-II Certification in inspection in power water and wasterwater treatment plants in Industrial Segment
