Role & responsibilities Understanding the requirement of project and coordinating effectively with Global team Effectively interpreting various applicable international codes and standards along with customer internal standards Applying knowledge of these standards for detail design of compressor components Preparing detailed Model and Drawing using Siemens NX integrated with Teamcenter Managing engineering Bill of Materials using Siemens NX and Teamcenter Performing detail self-review and peer review, Participating and leading design reviews Providing technical support to colleagues Ensure quality and timely deliveries of engineering documentation, Lesson Learnt, Best practice Performing troubleshooting, analyzing failures, prepare root cause analysis and implement actions Train and help peers on compressor modelling and detailing as per Customers standard Work Experience Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma 4 to 8 years of relevant engineering work experience Significant hands-on experience in working with Siemens NX and Teamcenter involved High complex modeling activities Experience in creating detailed manufacturing drawing using GD&T as per ISO Knowledge on Welding symbols Excellent team player to support and serve the global team Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines High flexibility in taking new tasks/responsibilities Knowledge on turbo machineries and their components will be added advantage Role: Design Engineer Industry Type: Engineering & Construction Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Engineering Education UG: Graduation Not Required Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills PumpsTurbineCentrifugal CompressorsNXcompressor Gas TurbineSiemens NxUG NXSteam TurbineTurbomachineryUnigraphicsAuxiliary Design
