Job description Job Title: Senior C++ Developer Experience: 5 to 10 Years Location: Noida / Bangalore / Gurugram / Hyderabad Immediate Joiners Only Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: 4 Days WFO Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced C++ Developer to join our high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, performance optimization, and low-level system programming. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems using C++ in high-performance environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code. Work on performance optimization, memory management, and low-level system programming. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product owners. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Debug and resolve technical issues related to performance, memory leaks, or concurrency. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Required Skills: 510 years of hands-on experience in C++ (C++11/14/17) development. Strong knowledge of OOP, STL, and design patterns. Experience with multi-threaded and concurrent programming. Proficient in memory management, debugging, and performance tuning. Familiarity with build systems like CMake, Make, or MSBuild. Experience in working with Linux/Unix or Windows platforms. Understanding of network programming and inter-process communication is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred/Good to Have: Experience with scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Perl. Knowledge of Embedded Systems, Realtime Systems, or Game Engines. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
