Job description 1. Conduct Telephone Surveys: Contact potential respondents via telephone to participate in surveys and gather data on their opinions, attitudes, and behaviors. 2. Ask Survey Questions: Ask survey questions and record responses accurately, following established protocols and guidelines. 3. Ensure Data Quality: Ensure data quality by following established protocols and guidelines, and accurately documenting and recording respondent data. 4. Meet Productivity Standards: Meet or exceed daily call targets and productivity standards. 5. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. 6. Accurately Document Respondent Data: Accurately document and record respondent data.
