Social Media and Graphic Design Coordinator

Job description JOB SUMMARY: As a Social Media and Graphic Design Coordinator, you will support Edesias global communications by producing branded visual content and managing the organizations social media channels. You will create engaging, impactful content using digital tools while helping grow and sustain Edesias digital presence across all major platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Social Media Management (50%) Manage content calendars and schedule posts across all major platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X. Draft engaging, mission-aligned captions and optimize content for each platform. Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and grow the online community. Analyze performance data and recommend improvements based on insights. Graphic Design (50%) Design high-quality digital content using Canva (and optionally Adobe Creative Suite). Develop visuals for campaigns, donor communications, internal use, and educational materials. Collaborate with the U.S.-based communications team to meet deadlines and brand standards. Maintain organized asset libraries and reusable templates. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience in social media management and graphic design. Advanced Canva skills required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong grasp of social media trends, content planning, and analytics. Excellent written English skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage projects across time zones. Passion for Edesias humanitarian mission.
