Job description Role & responsibilities The Deputy Director, Learning and Development will be a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping, implementing, and continuously evolving the L&D initiatives across the organization. A key focus of this role is to drive the development and upskilling of technology talent including Engineering, UX, Product, Data Science, and other technical sub-functions.
