Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our India-based Global Sales Operations team. This role will focus on managing and resolving PERC tickets raised by the field sales team, ensuring quick turnaround, accuracy, and alignment with sales policies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, and quote management processes.
