Senior Branch Manager

Job description Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand customer base, and enhance branch profitability. Build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Job Requirements Minimum 13 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.
