Job description Roles & Responsibilities : Creating and implementing the infrastructure strategy for the Organization (comprising of Database solutions, licensing and procurement) to ensure reliability and security. Review and analyse existing infrastructure effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging databases. Define and implement standards that improve the Database processes Interacts with senior management/peers within company on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach Manages Outsourced team for daily operations/activities Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives Performing Live DR activities and DR drills periodically.
