Role Overview Were hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud optimization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes Deploy and maintain Java-based applications in cloud environments Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, QA, and security Automate routine operational tasks to improve engineering efficiency Optimize cloud infrastructure to reduce costs and improve scalability Ensure cloud security compliance and regulatory adherence Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools to improve system performance and delivery Required Skills Azure (must-have); AWS or GCP (nice-to-have) CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Scripting in Bash and PowerShell; YAML configuration Proficiency in Git, Git-based workflows, and CLI tools Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet Basic DBA/database administration Familiarity with issue tracking tools like Azure Boards, Jira, or GitLab Experience in Linux environments Cloud performance tuning and cost optimization Key Behaviours Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration across teams Demonstrated leadership in driving DevOps culture and processes Highly adaptable and eager to continuously learn and improve Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree) 7+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to DevOps practices Proven experience in leading or contributing to large-scale DevOps strategies Work Location: Onsite – Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Candidates must be willing to relocate or reliably commute before joining.
