Job description Role & responsibilities Responsible for Processes and Policies for the betterment of the organization in terms of IT. Keeping the constant relationship with potential/existing customers, updating them with emerging and Future technologies for upgrades/opportunities Constant monitoring/resolution on the activities carried out in the Hospitals for services. Discussing Technical Information and Commercial details while negotiating with Vendors. Accountable for the resolution of operational problems and issues that impact service delivery in all service deliverables. Budget Planning for the whole year in Capital cost as well as Operational cost. License Compliances for Audit Purpose to avoid legal issues. Ensure secured network by defining a security policy and periodically aligning it as per the requirements. Projects implemented as per approved project plans, Project management and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) techniques should be inculcated into the team. Team should develop Healthcare Domain Expertise Ensure effective formulation of release management and version control process. Upkeep and change management of core applications such as SAP, Akhil System etc . Identify vendors to meet business requirements, short listing and negotiating with the vendors to support the purchase function in procurement, ensures that the SLA are signed with all vendors, publish vendor performance reports monthly Provide Resources and Infrastructure of service delivery to execute the program activities and meet or exceed service levels. Service Delivery Support to the existing hospitals and Service Partners, ensuring the SLA/TAT are met as part of KPI. Review service delivery processes as per the business requirements and define action plan for process improvement. Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders, Business Heads for IT needs and review service satisfaction report, against Service deliverables. Review Service Level Performance and Capacity reports and ensure appropriate Service delivery.
