Job description Overview We are seeking a Delhi-based AI Lead / Product Manager who brings strong experience across AI, full-stack development, DevOps, and team leadership. Youll guide the strategy, design, and delivery of intelligent AI-driven products while managing a high-performance engineering team on-site. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of AI applications using Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and vector databases. Own full product lifecycle from ideation and UX to production launch. Guide technical teams on both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (FastAPI, Node.js) technologies. Collaborate with DevOps for seamless CI/CD deployment via GitHub Actions, Vercel, Docker, AWS, and NGINX. Design and execute AI model fine-tuning workflows and inference systems. Automate internal processes using n8n, integrate with external APIs, and maintain scalable data pipelines. Required Skills Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) AI Agent frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph Proficiency in Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Vercel, AWS, NGINX, ngrok Experience with n8n for automating AI and data pipelines Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Prior experience leading AI product teams Worked with fine-tuning and deploying OpenAI/GPT or similar models Familiarity with observability tools (Sentry, Datadog) Role: Software Development - Other Industry Type: Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Information Technology, B.Sc in Computers Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Artificial Intelligence Fullstack DevelopmentMachine Learning
