RMSI_Senior Manager (QMS)

Job description • 12-15 years of experience in QMS operations and process improvement projects • Black belt certified preferable master black belt • Experience in executing couple of black belt projects • Hand on experience in lean, DFSS and other analytical skills • Team handling experience • Hands on continuous improvement process excellence and cost enhancement • Data simulation and modelling • Hands on mentoring and executing green belt projects and ensuring designed benefits • Collaborating with various project managers across projects in identifying problems, identifying enhancement opportunities and executing six sigma projects • Hands on experience in lean six sigma, value stream mapping and other statistical models • Process data analysis, improving operation efficiencies in terms if productivities and quality • Special focus on quartile management • Expertise in data analytics and data modelling Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and fostering a culture of continuous learning Client Relationship Management:Engaging with client to understand their expectations and ensure product quality meets their needs and representing RMSI in all client forums Communication:Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, team members, and external stakeholders. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:Working with product team, engineering, Process team , Production team , Training team and other functional team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Leading and Managing Quality Teams: Supervising and mentoring quality analysts fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems: This includes creating and maintaining quality framework for needs procedures, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards Excellent Communication Skills : Having clear verbal communication skills will help you to explain the process and improve it further to attain quality standards. On the other, having proficient written skills is essential to preparing documents as per the project requirement. Project management skills is essential.
