Job description Role - Executive / Sr. Executive - IT Infrastructure Educational Qual : B.E / M.E in Computer Science / Electronics / IT Work Location - Yelahanka , Bangalore Mode : Work From Office only Roles and Responsibilities Desktop Support up to L2. Installation, configuration of OS and softwares. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, Access point) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning as well as present to management once a month Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure Select and implement tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's Network Security Team Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Expertise on troubleshooting LAN and Wireless related problems. Should have good and effective communication skills. Experience on Cisco Switches, Aruba Access Point, .
