Job description Roles and Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using Cisco routers and switches. Configure VLANs, static/dynamic routing, and firewall policies to ensure secure connectivity. Troubleshoot network issues related to routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP) and VPN configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements in IT operations. Provide technical support for desktop engineering activities such as laptop deployments and software installations.
