Job description Role Management Trainee ( 0 to 4 Years) Job Description 1 Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects under the guidance of the project manager. 2 Support in creating project documentation including project charters, timelines, and status reports. 3 Help monitor project progress and escalate issues or risks to supervisors as needed. 4 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 5 Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and document key takeaways. 6 Analyze project performance data and assist in identifying areas for improvement. 7 Learn and utilize project management tools and software to track tasks and deliverables. 8 Support the team in ensuring adherence to project management standards and processes. Desired Profile/ Required Skills. 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management 2. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Experience in Project Management, preferably from Elearning Industry/ IT industry Or 5. Experience in Shop Floor Management or experience as Supervisor on Shop Floor Project 6. Experience in Construction field where managed Project Plan, Manage resources 7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 8. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 9. Outstanding academic record.
