Job description We are hiring Engineer - Recovery at Nipro India Corporation Pvt. Ltd Education Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Chemical) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Should possess in-depth knowledge & understanding of distillation operations & plant maintenance knowledge, DCS operations 2. Must have knowledge of in-process quality checks, UV spectrophotometer, moisture analyzer, KF titration, auto titration, pH, TDS, conductivity, and so on. 3. Should have deep knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 4. Good communication skills, leadership skills 5. Capable of individually handling overall shift work and professional responsibilities for the solvent recovery department. 6. Knowledge and experience in audits and documentation (SOP, management reports) are essential. 7. Should have knowledge of distillation plant start-up and shutdown 8. Should have knowledge of drying operation, reverse azeotropic distillation, UF and RO operation. 9. Should have knowledge of process waste categorization and management.
