Senior Software System / Middleware Administrator

Job description We are looking for a skilled System / Middleware Administrator with 5 years of experience in managing middleware platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administering Linux/Windows servers along with middleware tools such as IBM App Connect, IBM API Connect, IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure and maintain middleware platforms such as IBM App Connect, IBM API Connect, IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ. Manage OS-level tasks for Linux/Unix/Windows servers including updates, monitoring and troubleshooting. Provide operational support for deployment, configuration and maintenance of enterprise applications. Monitor system and middleware performance and perform root cause analysis for issues. Work closely with customers, developers and support teams for environment setup and issue resolution. Handle backup, restore, patching and security hardening tasks. Maintain documentation of systems, middleware configurations and support procedures. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements. Participate in on-call support and respond to incidents and outages. Good understanding of networking, firewalls, SSL, DNS and load balancing. Preferred Certifications: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) IBM Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification Should be open to travel / relocate (as per business demands) The selected candidate will be going to work as IBM Integration Admin.
