Regional Administration Officer

Job description Role & responsibilities Submission of rent invoices in oracle for processing and approval for all the branches at respective clusters 5th of every month ii) Maintaining the Rent master file ( with all agreement and rent details) for the region and sharing the same with HO for cost provisioning on monthly basis Ensure compliance to be adhere in all Branches. Coordinate with HO Admin team & close all admin related activity on time of cluster. Daily i)Need to coordinate with HO team for Agreement renewal/ new agreement. Daily Ii)Update all agreement in system or Compass & get it active for smooth payment. Maintain all Comliances matters as per state/ Local Municipal Authority guidelines. As required Maintain good relationship with landlords/ Vendors/ Staff/ H O Team. Always Suggest Cost saving initiatives in the PC & Branches as per the load handling or OU Utilisation Always Reponsible for repair & maintenance of Assets in PC/ Branches for Smooth Operations. 10th of Month Reponsible for maintain Inventory Control of Assets in PC/ Branches. 12th of month Responsible to submit Timely Invoices with Finance & if required New Connection or Shifting then Coordinate with H.O IT for smooth Operation 5th of every month & As Required Preferred candidate profile Role: Administration - Other Industry Type: Courier / Logistics (Logistics Tech) Department: Administration & Facilities Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Administration Education PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Admin Operations Vendor CoordinationAsset & Inventory ManagementAgreement & Compliance ManagementFacility Management
