Job description Job Title: ESG & ISO Consultant Location: Delhi (Preferred), with travel across India Experience: 3 to 5 years Language Preference: Proficiency in reading and speaking any South Indian language (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam) will be an added advantage Job Summary: We at Adfactors PR are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ESG & ISO Consultant to support our sustainability, environment, health, and safety (EHS) compliance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ESG audits, ISO standards implementation (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and stakeholder engagement. This role will require travel to client locations and interaction with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct ESG audits and assessments in alignment with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, BRSR, and TCFD. Support implementation and certification of ISO standards: ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS). Perform ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for client disclosures and compliance. Draft and implement sustainability/ESG strategies for clients across sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, and infrastructure. Engage with stakeholders (internal and external) to drive ESG and ISO best practices. Prepare audit documentation, gap assessments, compliance reports, and risk matrices. Deliver ESG training and awareness programs as per client and statutory requirements. Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory bodies during assessments. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields. Masters degree (MBA in Sustainability or Environmental Management) is a plus. Lead Auditor Certification in at least one ISO standard (ISO 14001/45001/9001). 3–5 years of proven experience in ESG consulting and ISO management system implementation. Good understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks (EIA, BRSR, CSR, etc.) and global ESG standards. Proficiency in MS Office tools and ESG software platforms (e.g., Power BI, or Darwin-box is a plus). Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively for client site visits. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with manufacturing or infrastructure clients. Fluency in reading and speaking any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be advantageous for handling southern region clients.
