We are currently seeking Piping Engineer/Piping Layout/Piping Material who can work independently on piping systems of refinery/ petrochemical/ fertilizer or LNG units. Key Skills Required: Piping Layout 3D Modelling in S3D / E3D,Support modeling, Piping studies of Column, exchanger and Pump , compressor ,Review of Vendor drawings, Checking of Isometrics, preparation of SPM Data sheet. Piping Stress Stress calculation in CAESAR II, Rack / structure loading to Civil, Review of Vendor drawings, Flange leakage calculation, Vessel Cleat , Preparation of data sheet for Springs, Sliding plate, Rigid Strut, Expansion joint, Special support design, SIF calculation, Support design. Piping Material Preparation of PMS, VMS, MR, TBE, review of vendor drawing, Tender preparation, Piping specifications, Familiar with ASME codes.
