Assistant Human Resource Manager || Salesforce/ IT Background

Job description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR who has prior exposure to working in a Salesforce-driven organization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement, and understand the culture and pace of product or SaaS-based companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and manage job postings accordingly. Conduct interviews and manage pre/post-offer formalities. Lead onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless new hire experience. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/Salesforce-based systems. Manage employee lifecycle joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). 3. Performance Management Assist in quarterly/annual performance reviews using Salesforce-compatible tools. Coordinate with department heads for goal setting and feedback. Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Organize engagement initiatives aligned with Salesforce-style agile work culture. Manage surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, engagement scores) and generate insights. Drive DEI and well-being programs. 5. HR Analytics & Reporting Generate dashboards and reports through Salesforce or integrated tools. Track HR metrics like attrition, engagement scores, and hiring pipeline efficiency. Key Requirements: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources or relevant field. 4–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Salesforce or SaaS-based organization. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of agile HR practices and tech-driven HR environments 5 Days work from office.
