Job description Oracles Customer Deal Desk team is seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Lead Customer Deal Desk Specialist – Japanese Language to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting both front-office sales processes and complex quoting, ensuring smooth deal progression from lead to order. You will work closely with Sales, CSDM, Approver Groups, Order Management, Customer Data, Collections, and other internal teams to enable timely, accurate, and policy-compliant deal closures. In addition to managing complex quoting, you will provide support across the opportunity-to-quote lifecycle, including lead management, opportunity support, account management, and tool guidance.
