Experience in Design & Development - Closure BIW- (FR & RR Doors, Bonnet / Hood, Fender & Tail Gate) 2. Very Good Skills in Catia V5 / V6- Surface, Assembly, Solid Modeling, Annotation & Drafting, etc. 3. Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, Etc. 4. Creating concept proposals, Packaging Study , Benchmarking , Joining Processes, Assembly Process, etc 5 Understanding of Sheet metal part Operations - Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Trimming etc. for tooling feasibility. 6. Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability) 7. Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable 8. Experience on PLM - Connect, Data Management Systems, Data release system, Data delivery System, etc Presentation & Documentation skills Job Description - Closures (Mechanism) Closures - Mechanism (WWR, Seal, Latch, Check Strap, Handales, Glassses, GRM, Weatherstrips, Struts, Stopper, etc. ) Technical skills Product Design & Development Skills - 1. Experience in Design & Development - Closures - Mechanism (WWR, Seal, Latch, Check Strap, Handales, Glassses, GRM, Weatherstrips, Struts, Stopper, etc. ) 2. Very Good Skills in Catia V5 / V6- Surface, Assembly, Solid Modeling & Drafting. , Experience on PLM - Connect 3. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery,Time lines for responsible system. 2. Maintain & support project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings. 3. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues. 4.
