Job description Role & responsibilities Creating mobile-responsive and browser-compatible HTML mailers and newsletters for internal and customer communications Distributing HTML mailers and newsletters, and webpages to staff and Business Partners for internal communications Conceptualizing creative ideas for creating e-mailers and e-newsletters with internal clients • Testing e-mailers and e-newsletters for mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility before releasing them Following design guidelines, standards and best practices while creating HTML mailers, newsletters and webpages Maintaining Microsoft SharePoint Intranet site Updating and maintaining the internal communications website Working with different content management systems Incorporating functionalities and features into internal communications website and other webpages Maintaining MIS of Internal Communications work Location - Kurla Preferred candidate profile Graduation is a must Good communication skills Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap Microsoft SharePoint knowledge. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools Good understanding of content management systems Good understanding of search engine optimization principles Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues Excellent visual design skills Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies Designs, develops, and maintains SharePoint Intranet site for an organization is an added knowledge.
