We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Execution Engineer to oversee and manage on-site electrical execution for large-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects. Key Responsibilities: Execute all electrical works at the solar site including module mounting structure earthing, cable laying, termination, inverter and transformer installation, and commissioning. Ensure adherence to electrical design drawings, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Supervise contractors and field teams to ensure timely, efficient, and safe execution. Coordinate with civil, design, and procurement teams for smooth project delivery. Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems (DC/AC side, LT/HT). Prepare daily progress reports, quality checklists, and material reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and electrical standards (IS/IEC codes). Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 2–6 years of hands-on experience in electrical execution for solar ground mount projects. Strong understanding of solar PV system components (inverters, SCB, HT panels, switchgear, etc.). Familiar with SLDs, execution drawings, and testing protocols.
