Job description Were Hiring: Electrical Quality Engineer Solar Ground Mount Projects Location: Saraipalli, Dist..- Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh (Near Raipur) Experience: 3–4 Years Industry: Renewable Energy | Solar EPC Availability: Within 30 Days Are you passionate about quality and precision in solar power execution? We are looking for an Electrical Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of electrical work in our ground-mounted solar projects across India. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols for all electrical works on-site. Inspect and verify installation of solar modules, DC cabling, inverters, LT/HT panels, earthing, and transformers. Ensure compliance with approved SLDs, electrical drawings, IS/IEC standards, and client specifications. Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including insulation resistance testing, continuity checks, and HT Hi-Pot tests. Prepare quality checklists, reports, non-conformance records (NCRs), and corrective actions. Coordinate with EPC, design, and O&M teams for punch point resolution and project handover. Guide subcontractors and site teams on quality standards and best practices. Maintain documentation for audits, client inspections, and certification requirements. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 3–7 years of relevant experience in electrical QA/QC for solar ground mount or industrial projects. Strong understanding of electrical testing protocols, safety standards, and renewable energy systems. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation tools.
