Job description Role - Networking Support Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Provide first-line support for all network-related issues including internet downtime, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks. Configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking systems. Monitor network performance and escalate issues as needed. Ensure network security and compliance with internal policies. Maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and system logs. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and maintenance. Support end-users with technical queries related to network connectivity and access.
