Assistant Manager - Ecommerce ( Quick Commerce )

Job description Role & responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across Quick Commerce platforms. Coordinate with internal teams and platform representatives for timely product onboarding and catalog updates. Monitor sales performance and ensure availability through regular stock and inventory updates. Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, offers, and campaigns. Analyze traffic and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Resolve customer issues in coordination with platform support teams. Stay updated with the latest features, algorithms, and trends in Q-commerce. Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams. Preferred candidate profile Experience with Q-commerce portals such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Instant. Knowledge of FMCG or personal care product categories. Basic understanding of SEO/SEM for ecommerce listings.
