Legal Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee legal receivables, ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and security. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices related to receivables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Proficient in financial analysis and problem-solving, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Experience working with legal software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
