Job description job Title: Recruiter Domestic BPO Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0.6 3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply) Shift: Day Shift Salary: 15,000 30,000/month (based on experience and performance) Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication skills and job fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with operations and hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice BPO roles. Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports. Conduct onboarding and documentation for selected candidates. Organize and manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring events. Conduct telephonic interviews in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline. 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in BPO hiring). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
