Sustainability Consultant, Sustainability - Energy Modeler

Job description Key Responsibilities: Prepare, manage, and submit documentation for LEED/IGBC/GRIHA certifications. Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams for required sustainability inputs. Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and support execution of green building initiatives. Maintain databases of green materials, products, and certification records. Guide project teams on sustainability requirements and rating system compliance. Develop case studies of certified projects and stay updated with green building trends. Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of sustainability services as per client expectations. Provide technical support on green design standards, local codes, and regulatory updates.
