Job description Job Description: 1. Must have hands-on experience with switching (RSTP, EtherChannel) and routing (Static, Dynamic, ACL and BGP) concepts, preferably with Cisco/Huawei products. 2. Experience in alarm monitoring, operations and maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration of switches and routers. 3. Responsible for ticket creation and raising TAC cases with various vendors. 4. Basic understanding of GPON technology. 5. Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts). 6. Good communication skills (Reading, writing, and speaking) Preferred: Male Candidates only.
