Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Provide product knowledge and training to customers on bank products and services. Job Requirements Minimum 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Merchant OD. Strong understanding of the banking and financial sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
