Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty among clients. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and collections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred, with a focus on small finance banks. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
